Open your File of Fitness, and then you can find all of the calories you have consumed since you started to do the Bodybuilding Exercise.

訓(xùn)練中按  鍵,可以暫停訓(xùn)練

Press the button    in the training, and the training can be suspended.

按返回鍵可直接返回上一頁(yè)

運(yùn)動(dòng)完后請(qǐng)不要馬上洗澡或躺下休息,需先調(diào)整呼吸,放松一下

如果訓(xùn)練一段時(shí)間后感到肌肉酸痛,請(qǐng)休息一會(huì),再開(kāi)始下一階段的訓(xùn)練

If your muscle feel sore after a period of time of training, please have a rest. And then start the next phase of the training again.
